Overview
SOAR Local Agent Launch Kit is the product layer built around the operational SOAR Local Agent Harness. The free guide gives people the knowledge to assemble a useful local coding agent; the Launch Kit sells the certainty and convenience that are harder to reproduce: tested combinations, automation, security defaults, verification evidence, rollback paths, updates, and support.
Product Thesis
Give away the knowledge; sell certainty and convenience. The defensible value is not secret information. It is being able to state, with evidence: “We tested this exact hardware, model, runtime, and configuration against these tests, and it works.”

Workshops, specialized workflow templates, certification, support retainers, and carefully disclosed affiliate hardware recommendations can extend the model without turning the core guide into a paywall.
Verification Standard
Every supported profile should identify the hardware, operating system, driver, model artifact, quantization, serving runtime, agent interface, context settings, security policy, test suite, observed result, and verification date. Because models, drivers, runtimes, and frameworks keep changing, maintaining this evidence is the recurring service—not a one-time PDF.
Current Status
The product site, founding-release positioning, offer ladder, and compatibility-first verification standard are live. The underlying reference configuration and launch paths are operational. Hardware profiles, packaged automation, public verification records, and fulfillment materials are the next release work; checkout remains intentionally deferred until those deliverables are ready.
